What are your hours of operation?

We invite you to visit during open club hours, Monday - Friday

Where are you located?

The Cub Club’s flagship location will be located in the North Houston suburb of Spring - conveniently accessible by Grand Parkway/99 and Rayford Road. We hope to see you in more locations across the US soon.

What is your pricing?

Check out our Membership and Drop-In Play pages for more information on drop in play and monthly membership pricing. We also offer multi-visit play cards. The best value for your little cub is found in our monthly memberships, with perks for the whole family.

Are Reservations Required for Play?

No, however it is encouraged in the case we are at maximum capacity. Members get priority booking as one of our Cub Club Member Perks, which you can explore on our Membership page.

Is this a drop-off play center?

At this time, parental supervision is required for all children. Your family’s safety and security are our highest priorities. Adults must be accompanied by a child and children must be accompanied by an adult. Staff are always here to assist you but please be advised that parent and caregiver supervision is expected. We require that all children are accompanied by adults at all times inside The Cub Club.

Do we have to sign a waiver?

We require a waiver to be signed by everyone visiting our club. You can complete our waiver online or when you check in for your visit. All adults must sign a waiver (including dads, nannies, friends, etc.).

What is your cancellation policy?

Parties and memberships are non-refundable once booked.

Do you have WiFi?

Yes. WiFi is available for all of our guests at The Cub Club during your play session.

Do you allow people to bring their own food?

We do not allow outside food and drinks. There is an on site cafe offering a variety of snacks, meals, and beverages to suit your tastes & preferences.

Is there a separate area for babies/toddlers?

Yes! The Cub Club has an area specially designed for toddlers and babies and which is continuously monitored to keep big kids out so the little ones can stay safe.

How do I reserve a private party?

Is food allowed in the play area?

No. We ask that all food remain in the cafe area. If you are attending a birthday celebration, we kindly request for all refreshments to be consumed within the party room.

Are socks required?

All adults must wear socks, and kids must wear grip socks. Shoes can be placed in our shoe cabinet by our entrance. We sell grip socks and socks in case you forget to bring them!

How often do you clean?

We will spot clean constantly throughout the day. In the evening we do a complete wipe down of the entire structure. Which means it is wiped down daily. We will also have a medical grade sanitation of the whole building once a month. You will also find numerous hand sanitation stations and a community sink for hand washing.
